Will I lose my Windows 10 Pro license/activation after I reinstall the OS on a laptop that originally came with Home edition?

I have a laptop that was originally loaded with Windows 10 Home. Sometime after that, I bought a cheap Windows 10 Pro activation key online from some website (not an official Microsoft one) and used it to upgrade my system to Windows 10 Pro (probably an OEM key, but it works tho'). Now I might need to reinstall the OS (clean install). Will I have to reactivate my Windows 10 Pro license or will it automatically activate and I'll end up with a Pro system? Can I verify what will happen before doing a clean reinstall? Thanks!
