Will I be able to run windows 11 on my currently incompatible PC in the future?

Hi there,I have a PC which is about 7 years old now... When I run the compatibility test on the PC, it says incompatible due to Processor and TPM. I have an Intel i5-4210U CPU. And I am not sure if TPM exists on my PC. In the future, will my current processor be supported by windows 11? If yes then any approximate date? I am not currently looking to upgrade my hardware... so I just wanted to check if software is upgradable.. now or in the future. Please do help me out.
