WiFi won’t turn on (#7048463094)

I talked to someone about this last week and he “resolved” it but the same thing is happening. My WiFi refuses to turn on. I go to settings and click “turn on WiFi” but nothing happens. I restart it and sometimes it comes on but it only gets 10mbps tops. My router is sending out 100mbps. What the heck is going on and why can’t I chat with support about it??
