Wifi running slow on my pc only and also not having full bars despite being close to the router.

I've been having this issue for about a month now when I was still on Windows 10and I have tried a majority of the solutions that were proposed. EX: Reinstalling drivers, clean reboot, changing the settings to be more performative, upgrading to Windows 11, etc..At the current moment the internet has been at 3 bars and fluctuates between being at 3 and being at full. (It often remains at 3).The internet is only slow on my PC and has been irritating to deal with as I have tried what feels like every proposed solution that I have found on this site.
