Wifi problems on laptop app

Hi everyone,I just bought a new laptop and are trying to download new apps. However, it informed that there is no connection even though the wifi is connected and I can browse website on Google Chrome normally without any internet problem. It happens with all the apps I download, whenever I launch to download resources, it keep saying there is a problem with internet connection.Does anyone know how to fix this?Thanks a lot for your help.
