Wifi not showing in device manager (mediatek mt7921 wireless lan card) in Asus

I can't connect to any networks. When I open up Network and Internet in settings, I can't even see a wifi tab. I looked into Device Manager and the MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Manager LAN Card has a warning triangle on it?
