WiFi issues on new prebuilt PC

I recently bought a new (pre built) computer. Everything was fine up until I moved the computer to my house (It came to my mom's house). Once here, it immediately struggled with the WiFi. At first the PC didn't even show a Wifi option in the control center. I restarted the device but had major trouble connecting it to the internet. It didn't connect at all, but had no problem connecting to my phone's hotspot (which I then used to try and find results for my issues). I saw a lot of articles suggesting to lower the properties of my WiFi driver (both the 5g and the 2.4g) down to the option before
