Hello, the Wi-Fi on my laptop keeps disappearing, but it's most when I play Genshin Impact/Honkai: Star Rail (not long from I first opened it). Weirdly, when I chat/watch videos/play Minecraft, it was fine. When the Wi-Fi was gone, the Wi-Fi adapter has a warning sign on it, and the error massage was like : "Windows have stopped this program because it has reported problems." Like that. I have reinstalled the driver but the Wi-Fi keeps going off. My friend said that it may be the Wi-Fi chip was busted. How to fix this? Or do I have to buy a new Wi-Fi chip?
