Wifi disconnecting since windows 11 24H2 update

I have a HP Laptop and ever since I updated to windows 11 version 24H2 my wifi keeps disconnecting randomly. For the last few weeks I had to restart my laptop but in the last few days it disconnects and comes back a few seconds later. It's getting very frustrating. I'm not tech savvy at all so know nothing about drivers or anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I lose my mind.
