Wifi connection status of "No internet, secured".

I have windows 10 on my "all in one" HP desktop. My internet via wifi was working fine until Sep 2024 when I uninstalled my Symantec antivirus software and enables windows defender. For some time, internet worked but was very slow. Now its stopped working completely with wifi connection showing "No internet, secured" status. Ipconfig /all shows ipv4 address beginning with subnet 255.255.0.0 , no default gateway, and IPV6 DNS server addresses starting with fec0 and ipv4 address starting with 169.254. I have tried the reset, update driver, uninstall the network adapter Ralink 802.11n Wireless
