WiFi connection not working/showing up

So my new computer has lost the connection to the wifi it was previously working fine with. There is a hidden network and I put in the SSID and passcode or whatever but it won’t work via that. The wifi im trying to connect to has shown up but disappeared after restarts. Yes I have restarted the router and modem and my pc.
