Wifi and Bluetooth are suddenly disappeared from my windows 11

I was connected to a wifi network. Suddenly when I switched on my pc , the wifi and Bluetooth option were missing. I tried using Carlo TJ 's method of updating an old adapter still the problem persists . My system model is Inspiron 15 3520.
