Wifes account stolen

Hi,My wife's long time microsoft account was hijacked. Since she currently only was using it for her Minecraft license and did not use it for long time she did not react to emails about the account. Now, the hijacker has changed the password and recovery email. How can she physically prove it is her microsoft account to retrieve it? The digital way trying to restore access to the hacked account where you need to remember which old card was used to purchase Minecraft (more than 10 years ago) or pay for Skype (also 10+ years) is futile.
