Widows Security - Actions Recommended in the taskbar will not open.

In the taskbar, there is a windows security icon displayed with an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle. Clicking on the icon does nothing. Right-mouse clicking on the icon does nothing. I can't find out what this means.Also, when I type in Windows Security in the start menu, all I get is a blank screen.My guess is that this may be an issue with the latest Windows 11 Insider update but I don't know how to contact them for support. REALLY FRUSTRATING!Any suggestions?
