widows 10 can't repair itself

I recently had a driver overrun stack buffer on my mini Is8 dual boot wif windows 10 plus Android, Any how its now on the recovery screen after I pressed f8,It tried to repair itself but it was unable to,I understand I can download a program that will fix it as it just goes round in circles dying I need a repair disc,which I don't have.Were do I download this file to repair my windows 10 wifout wiping my Android partion.Plzz help me and tell me were to find this program and wit to do.Thanks,plzzz HELP,GOING CRAZY!!!
