Widget Board and MS Start Feed

I haven been struggling to make my Widget/MS Start Feed Board behave in a proper way. 1. When the Start Feed section is on/enabled the Board flickers twice before sliding out. Like it is opening twice, on top of itself. Incredibly annoying! Also, when "Hover" is enabled the Board slides out as expected, but it will not slide back when mouse-over is away. Also very annoying. I have to click twice elsewhere ti make it disappear.I have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the Web Experience Pack. Still same behavior.
