Wi-fi icon disappeared

Hello,Wi-fi icon disappeared and i've tried everything: system reset and troubleshoot.First of all, it doesn't let me troubleshoot (reset device or reinstall the wi-fi driver) and shows an error "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)."From device manager nothin works as well.Any ideas what it could be and how to solve this?
