Every 10-15minutes my Windows 10 computer has an internet connectivity issue.

When the issue occurs:

- A constant ping to Google DNS <8.8.8.8> drops for 10-25packets

- A constant ping to my router/default gateway <192.168.0.1> drops for 10-25packets

- VOIP software disconnects

- SSL point-to-site VPN disconnects

- Unable to browse the internet

- PC shows it is still connected to WiFi

Strangely, the remote access connection to my office PC using Anydesk software remains connected so the internet is still online but...not online.

This issue occurs on both the 2Ghz and 5Ghz Wi-Fi networks, both published by my Virgin broadband router.

My Nokia Android mobile phone is working without issue on both these Wi-Fi networks.

If memory serves this issue started occuring after upgrading Windows 10 with feature update v1903. I couldn't resolve the issue then so switched to Ethernet, but now due to an issue with the network cable/ports I have to use Wi-Fi.

I have run the below troubleshooters during an 'outage' but no problem is found:

Start>Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot>Internet Connections

Start>Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot>Find and fix other problems>Network Adaptart>WiFi

I have reset the network but the issue persists:

Start>Settings>Network & Internet>Network Reset

I've unticked 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' from the WiFi adapter but the issue persists.
