Wi-Fi connection from mobile phone to PC fails after upgrade to Windows 11 24H2 (unsecure connection)

I am running the WebFMC plugin as part of X-plane 12 under windows 11. Usually I connect to WebFMC from the chrome browser on my Lenovo Tab3 by typing the url 192.168.1.141:9090, but after upgrading to windows 11 24H2 yesterday, it's not working any longer. The browser message says connection is not secure.How can I bypass this situation?
