Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Adapters No Longer Appearing

I recently switched over to Windows 11 since it was announced that security updates would be ending soon for 10. Things operated without incident until rather recently, when I decided to try and setup a new printer, at which point I discovered that I not only couldn't connect to it, but that my Wi-Fi & Bluetooth settings options had disappeared entirely from my computer. I've been solely on Ethernet for some time for my connection, so it hasn't interrupted my day-to-day work, but I need these settings to connect other wireless devices to my system.
