Wi-Fi 6 disappeared after upgrade of Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2

Hi team,There is Dell 5511 laptop with Intel AX201 on-board and Windows 23H2 Pro.It was connecting to router via 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6).After updating of the laptop to 24H2 it connects to router only via 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5). No any changes were made except of updating.New Intel drivers 23.100 were installed to try to fix - but without result.Protocol 802.11axI in the settings of Wi-Fi card and driver is enabled.
