Why YouTube is displayed in place of taskbar when switching tabs.

While working with youtube and vscode together i am facing issues when the youtube/any other app is in full screen and i switch tabs the taskbar dosent show instead its just youtube/other app in the background didnt happen before. Automatically hide taskbar is unticked. Also if i tick that until i am on the desktop placing cursor down dosent show taskbar. Full screen is messing with taskbar. Look at the taskbar in the image. works same with edge and other browsers.
