Why won't Windows 11 uninstall?

Hi, I attempted to uninstall Windows 11, and when I clicked 'uninstall' nothing happened. Usually there is a loading bar that should appear, but that did not happen. I tried multiple times and still nothing occurred. My reasoning for trying to uninstall Windows 11 in the first place is that I have been experiencing occasional screen freezing to the point where I have to turn off my laptop. Aside from that, sometimes when turning the laptop back on, a 'recovery' blue screen shows up with options on how to fix or diagnose my computer.
