Why Wont My Visa Card Work?

Recently, I have attempted to purchase "Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition for PC" from the Microsoft Store. Each time I enter my card information, complete the purchase, and confirm with the bank that it was me, I am redirected to a screen displaying random letters and numbers. I have used two different cards multiple times with the same outcome. Neither of the cards are expired, and the card information is correct on both cards as I have received messages from the bank confirming the purchase (no charge to my account has been made).
