Why won't my product key work

[Windows Server]

I bought my computer that supposedly came with a product key. When I logged into my Microsoft account, it said my windows 11 couldn't be activated due to there not being a product key on the computer. I emailed the seller and the send me the key, however when I input this product key it didn't work.
