Why won't my PC update from 22H2?

I have an HP Envy Desktop TE01-2250xt CTO; Windows 11 Home version 10.0.22621 Build 22621; Intel i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz, 6 core 12 logical processors; 16. GB mem.I am on 22H2 and Windows Update says "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service." There are no updates available.How can I update to 23H2, or maybe 24H2? The "Learn more" link doesn't help.
