Why won't my PC connect back to my wifi?

A roommate restarted our Wi-Fi router without saying anything, now everything else connects fine but my PC refuses to. It will be connecting for minutes, connect for about 30 seconds then disconnect again. I've tried turning everything off and on again, restarted everything, messed with settings, and nothing is working.
