Hi,I've been struggling to get my wireless mouse (connected via USB) to respond on my laptop, I've tried many different things, the drivers are updated and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing several times. I've tried forgetting the device and re-adding it. I've tried disabling it and re-enabling it from the device manager and nothing seems to fix the problem. Within device manager it labels the mouse as an "HID-compliant mouse" but there's a warning icon beside it. In settings it says the mouse is connected but there is a driver error.
