Why won't my Microsoft store fix ?

Hello , I have an issue that has proven unfixable for me, at least for everything I have tried. I happen to have tampered with disk C ownership and it has caused my user profile to get corrupted trying to fix up things,the Microsoft store and other apps (default and those from the store) won't fix with WHATEVER command i run in both command prompt and powershell, I have tried known commands for fixing corrupted files but nothing gets fixed at reboot, the apps still won't open and the store still crushes. I tried opening up a new profile but the issue persists in it too ,I installed new drive
