Why won't my laptop upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 ?

Hi, I am trying to update a laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and it is telling me that "The processor isn't supported for this version of Windows", The processor is Intel Core i7-7820HQ and the laptop is currently running Windows 10 Business 22H2, which according to Microsoft (Windows Processor Requirements Windows 10 22H2 Supported Intel Processors) should work. Anybody know why it doesn't work ?
