Why wont my laptop update to Windows 11

[Windows Server]

I ran a checkup and it says my laptop is compatible. I am on Windows 10 and i dont have the update shown because I dismissed it a while back but now when I use the assistant at the end of it an error comes up. The error is at Error code 0x80070070. I dont get what to do but I want to get this download over with because my laptop runs stuff slower I feel so this would help.
