Why won't my Epic Games Launcher open?

Hello,A couple weeks ago I was having some issues with an old Wi-Fi pcie adapter that was causing my computer to restart anytime it would try to install new drivers. So we have taken out the old adapter but when we did that it caused my epic games launcher to not want to open. What will happen is I will click open, it will start up and run for a couple of seconds and then the program will close. I have tried all troubleshooting options that the Epic Games support forum has given and still have yet to be successful.
