Why won't my computer upgrade to win 11

I downloaded an install of win 11 onto a usb stick but when i try and install it over my clean install of window 10 it tells me my computer doesn't meet the minimum standard for win 11 - yet my pc does. I have an asrock A320m hdv rev 4 mobo, with fTPM 2.0 and Secure boot enabled. Your PC Health Check confirms my computer's spec meets your requirements 100% yet I can not seem to upgrade. I have spent 3 days trying to meet you standards having encountered numerous bugs and endless online advise which from official sources always seems to push me to accepting that the problem is my hardware.
