I had an SSD installed and when reinstalling windows 10, it seemed that it didn't install properly and my laptop became buggy so I took it to the IT department to have it reinstalled. I copied everything I needed to the secondary drive (drive D. The IT guy told me that his Windows 10 disk image had an issue and wasn't installing so he got another one and the second one would still bring a problem during setup whereby when making the necessary selections, it would send you back to the first setup menu and it became a loop.
