Why won't my compatability troubleshooter work?

I am trying to run my compatibility troubleshooter and it's not working. It says that I need to install Microsoft Webview 2 runtime. I click the download button and I get the message installation failed. The Microsoft Webview 2 Runtime is already installed for the system. I have reinstalled Microsoft Edge and I have restarted my PC and am still getting the same runaround. I have Windows 11.
