Why won't MS Word using Windows 11 print an envelope ? Connections have been reset and all check good. The Epson ET-4850 prints documents but recently

MS Word recently stopped printing envelopes. All connections have been reset and check good. When I hit print nothing happens and the addressee info disappears. All other print functions work.
