why wont ads play when i cclick on them in my game?

so through out my game it will open ads that i have to watch ok fine. when i want to do something else in my game that says "watch ads" to access this in the game, it wont let me. i click it and it says loading but never does. i have re-installed twiice checked all setting that i knw of and have the latest update. im puzzled. and angry the game is called (hooked inc)
