Why windows tells me its updated but really is not?

OK, so i wanted to play Minecraft and downloaded the launcher, but it said i needed to update windows, i checked but windows said it was up to date. I opened the update assistant for windows 10, it said that i was in the version 1809 and the most recent version was the 1909. I click on the "Update now" button, now it says this: (sorry, i have my system in spanish) I dont know what other option I have or what could i do???
