Why windows asking to bit locker recovery key, every time after restart or Shutdown?

Hi,I bought a Lenovo laptop recently. Processor AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 3.80 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (13.8 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Windows 11 home. For the First month, it is working fine. After a month, when I turned on the laptop, it asked me for a BitLocker recovery key. I gave and entered into the home screen. Every time after shutting down or restarting the computer, the recovery key is used repeatedly. Please help with this issue.
