why win11 can't auto-adjust to background image. like with 7 in past.?

wi7 in the past was much better then win 11 it seems win11 is very blind where photo's or art are only displayed for half or just a middle part and what i try the win 11 don't do well and change background is also not working nor this is legal win11 version.
