Why will my laptop not update past Windows 11 21H2?

I have an MSI Katana 15 B13VGK-484US that was bought for me as my work laptop for my company. It came with Windows 11 Pro installed, I did not have to upgrade it manually. I have been on Windows 11 Pro 21H2 for a while now and didn't think much of it. Yesterday I got a notification in the taskbar that I am running a Windows version that will soon be unsupported. The Windows Update screen shows that attention is needed and has the red exclamation point, but when I check for updates nothing is found.The device was bought brand new and was set up Sept. 23, 2023.This is not a company issue blockin
