Why Wifi keeps appearing and disappearing in Windows 11?

I tried network reset, uninstall driver, driver updates, disable and enable drivers, cmd, laptop reset and it's been two days I'm trying to solve this issue... firstly the same problem was happening for bluetooth and now for both .
