Why when i search something up on microsoft edge it always says that the site has been reported unsafe even if its a single letter

When I start to search something up on microsoft edge like how to's or a single letter or number Microsoft Defender SmartScreen says that This site has been reported unsafe it started today when yesterday i got this extension called my custom search bar and it said managed by your orginization and i couldnt delete it i just want to fix this problem and get it over with.
