Why wasn't supposed Trojan spyware reported by my antivirus?

I have Windows Defender and McAfee on my Windows 11 computer. While looking for a deep cycle battery charger manual in Microsoft Edge, I received a message that my computer was infected and access to the PC had been blocked for security reasons, and I should call Windows Support @ 1-202-933-5646 (toll free) to have Microsoft engineers walk me through the removal process of the Trojan spyware. I assumed the "toll free" 1-202-933-5646 number that the screen gave me was illegitimate, so I snapped a picture of the screen and terminated the browser. My computer scanner says that they detect a Trojan spyware and to call 1–8 66–5 53–0385. Is this a legitimate phone number?
