why there are so many tracking services running in my system?

I upgraded with NVME SSD,, 8GB RAM, and latest software of all apps. have more than 50GB in C drive, most optimal settings for performance, still my inputs are lagging, and in most situations, my keyboard inputs are very laggy, it takes 3 to 4 seconds to print the word i type in the screen. Dont ask me to upgrade the hardware. it was nice 3 years before and now its very laggy
