Why the hell, am I being refered to x-box for help when I want to make a complaint?

I tried calling up your complaint number, went through the system and when asked what the complaint about I said VR...The autoservince then refered me to xbox help, when I don;t have an X-Box and also the problem with VR is that I can't use after you stopped providing the drivers for my headset, so I want to make a complaint.But now, ever time I try to calll to make a complaint, it says a message about needing to go to xbox.comWhy is your service so **** awful?Why can't I make a complaint?Why have you screwed over us VR users, by not providing us the drivers seperate from mixed reality portal?
