Why onedrive is so complicated

Off course the previous such question is locked, though 1000 of people have problem with OneDrive’s oddities. Today I am told that I deleted many files in OneDrive. So, I read about the consequences to leaves them in the bin - They will be permanently deleted in 30 days.... And, on all the devices too!I query about stop syncing. Read that I 'simply' have to right click on the cloud icon and select my wish 2 hours 4 etc. or permanently... I right click on my icon and what happens?
