Why my wireless headset does not work properly with my desktop but seems to work just fine with my notebook? (both are windows 10)

Basically title, I have an EDIFIER W600BT, which is bluetooth 5.1Whenever I try to use it on Windows 10 (on my desktop), I can only hear or only talk, never both. Both on discord and on games like CS GO... When I use it with my phone or my companys notebook, It works like a charm (on discord).On desktop, I use a USB UGREEN Bluetooth dongle: Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter (which I installed the driver from their site, but it worked the same without it)Why it doesn't work?
