why my windows 24h2 update disappear after trying to install it?

[Windows 11]

i got 24h2 update on my laptop running on 23h2, but when I downloaded it, the download gets cancelled and wrote that I couldn't install windows 11 24h2 update either this update is not for your device or their is a network erro, retry again and when I retried, the update disappeared. now its 15th days i still did not got the update. why?
