Why my Windows 11 pro 24H2 keep turn on after press shutdown?

Hello Microsoft team, this bug already for few month and there no any update to fix it? i've tried every single ways, from turn off the fastboot till update my windows and the problem still there. why no update can fix it? why so slow?
